| My name is Cindy Mendoza. I joined Erickson Orthodontics in 2007. I have been in the Orthodontic field since 1995. I have the pleasure of working with such delightful patients, and a fantastic team!
My responsibilities in our office, involve everyday operations of the office as well as guiding all of our patients through their initial consultation. I am a blessed wife and a mother of three busy boys. In my free time, I enjoy spending time at the lake with family, exercising, and cooking.

My name is Sandy Randall. I joined Erickson Orthodontics in early 2010. I have been in the Orthodontic field for 3 yrs.I am the friendly voice that calls and reminds you of your appointment. My other responsibilities include, but are not limited, the scheduling coordinator and greeting the patients and families as they come in.
Even though I have been employed for less than a year, I truly enjoy my position and look forward to many more years with Dr. Erickson and his friendly staff. I have been married for 20 years, and I am the mother of two beautiful kids. I enjoy watching them both play sports of all kinds, and

Hi, I have been in the Orthodontic field since 1982. I joined Erickson Orthodontics in 2006. One of my accomplishments is having earned an Associate Degree in Business. I am bilingual and am proficient in all areas in the Orthodontic Practice.
My favorite area of Orthodontics is teaching and helping patients with their treatment to lead them to a healthy and beautiful smile; building relationships with the patients and their families is also gratifying. I have four great kids, Lucy, Andy, Ari, and Leo. As a mother I enjoy participating and volunteering in their school and sports activities. I also attend a Women's Bible Study at my church. In my spare time I cook, garden, and work out at the gym. Keeping fit in spirit and in health is never ending but rewarding.
