At the core of Erickson Orthodontics Inc. is a friendly team of professionals that are dedicated to your utmost comfort and optimal oral health. We view each patient as a unique individual, and tailor each treatment to your specific needs. As part of our commitment to providing close, personalized attention to every patient, we want to encourage patient communication.

Heather Roldan, RDA, Orthodontic Assistant 


I joined Erickson Orthodontics in 2012.   I feel extremely blessed to work with such an amazing team.  I have been working in the dental field since 2006.  I have worked in many specialty areas, but orthodontics is where my heart is.  In ortho, I am able to spend time getting to know my patients and it's a blessing to see the transformation, not only in their smile, but in their confidence as well.  


I have been married for 25 years, have a beautiful daughter and 2 golden retrievers.  I enjoy family time, church, and cooking, but camping at the beach is my favorite.    

Karin Bosman, Treatment Coordinator


I joined Erickson Orthodontics in March of 2017.  I have been in the orthodontic field since 1980.  I am lucky to have had, over the years of my career, the opportunity to have experienced working in every position in the orthodontic office.  I feel truly fortunate to be working alongside such a caring and dedicated professional as Dr. Erickson, and to be a part of such an amazing team!


I process initial records, such as x-rays and photos and guide our patients through their initial and recall consultations with Dr. Erickson.  I have been married to my husband, Gary, for over 30 years and have two wonderful children.  My son, Derek, lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, and works in the car racing industry.  My daughter, Kelsey, lives in Oceanside, and works in the corporate world.  I have two furry kids as well- a mixed-breed rescue dog, Toby, and a Siamese rescue cat, Cleo!  We enjoy camping and spending time at Lake Nacimiento as a family.  I love being outdoors and walking!

Sarah Sheppard, Orthodontic Assistant


I had the pleasure of joining the Erickson Orthodontics team in January of 2016. I love being an orthodontic assistant and find my job to be so gratifying!


My family and I have lived in this area for more than 10 years and we love it! In our free time, my husband, Jose, and I, and our 2 kids, Joseph & Ruby,  love staying active. We spend most of our time with our family and friends, and love camping, hiking, and supporting our kids in all they do!


I feel so blessed to be a part of such an amazing team! I am proud to serve our patients and enjoy building relationships with them throughout the entire braces process!

Tori Parker, Office Manager


I joined Erickson Orthodontics in January 2015. I love coming to work each day and interacting with our amazing staff and patients! When not at work, I love gardening, reading, spending time outdoors, and being involved at my church!

Jessie Pargee, Scheduling Coordinator


I joined the team back in January of 2021, and love helping out with the front desk.  I am so grateful to work with such an awesome group of people!  I have lived here in the valley for over 20 years.  I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, traveling, reading, watching movies, being involved at my church, and playing with my three adorable nephews.

I joined Erickson Orthodontics in 2017. It is a real pleasure working with such a great group of people. I am married to an amazing husband of 16 years. We have three beautiful daughters and five sweet granddaughters. We enjoy life with our family, church family, and we also enjoy spending time outdoors.

Crystal Monteiro, Scheduling Coordinator


I joined the team in February of 2021.  I have lived in this valley for over 30 years and have had the privilege of being a stay at home mom to my four amazing kids.  I love the beach, hiking and staying active, but mostly I love taking care of people!  I enjoy working at the front desk where I am able to interact with all of the amazing patients that come through the door.  I look forward to meeting you and taking care of you on your journey to your best smile ever!

Brittney Carlson, Orthodontic Assistant


I moved to this area and joined the Erickson team in 2019.   I enjoy working with our patients and staff.  I have been in the field of orthodontics for five years.  In my free time, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
